Man Arrested for Allegedly Beheading Woman in Adamawa

On Friday afternoon, a woman was allegedly beheaded by a man at Novex Hotel in Adamawa. Eyewitnesses reported hearing sounds of a fight coming from the suspect's room, prompting them to break in, where they discovered the woman in a pool of blood with a deep cut on her neck.

The police were notified, and the woman's corpse was evacuated to an undisclosed hospital. SP Suleiman Nguroje, the spokesman for the Adamawa State Command, confirmed that one suspect has been arrested in connection with the crime.

He stated that the command has commenced a full investigation into the incident and will provide further details as the investigation progresses. Nguroje urged the public to remain calm and avoid taking the law into their own hands, allowing the police to complete their investigation.
