Governor Ademola Adeleke was re-elected in Osun State, securing 511,067 votes compared to Bola Oyebamiji of the APC, who received 444,815 votes. Following his victory, Adeleke called for peace and unity among the people of Osun, stating, “In this race, there is no victor, no vanquished.

I extend an olive branch to my co-contestants. I am the Governor of all Osun people.” The APC has indicated it is reviewing the election results and consulting with legal advisors to determine possible challenges to the outcome.

Additionally, Najeem Salaam, the ADC candidate, congratulated Adeleke, emphasizing that politics should not be a "do-or-die affair" and that democracy has prevailed.
