MTN Nigeria Announces Temporary Network Disruptions in Three States for Maintenance

MTN Nigeria has revealed plans for temporary network disruptions in Adamawa, Borno, and Kano states on October 25, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance activities. The maintenance window, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, will affect 101 network sites across 15 local government areas in the mentioned states.

This initiative is part of MTN's long-term strategy to enhance service reliability and strengthen its fiber infrastructure in northern Nigeria. The company aims to upgrade and replace damaged sections, reduce joint issues, and improve overall network stability.

Despite the inconvenience, MTN has apologized to subscribers for any interruptions.
