Muslim Group in FCT Commits to Supporting the Less Privileged

On Saturday, the Muslim Business Trade Association, led by President Alhaji Hassan Olajid, launched an initiative in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), to assist less privileged members of society. Olajid pledged that the association would not hesitate to provide loans and grants to its members, specifically aimed at establishing and promoting business development among them.

He explained that the association is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and is focused on updating knowledge and sharing information among its members and the broader society. Plans are underway to erect a permanent secretariat for the association, and the leadership intends to partner with the Federal Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Bank of Industry (BOI) to benefit its members.

Ismail Temidayo, the chairman of the organizing committee, affirmed the association's readiness to help members financially upgrade their businesses.
