NABTEB Sets September 10 Deadline for Exam Registration

The National and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) announced that candidates intending to sit for the 2026 November/December certificate examinations must complete their registration by September 10, 2026. Uchechukwu Olisah, NABTEB's Assistant Director of Media/Protocol, stated that registration for the National Business Certificate (NBC), National Technical Certificate (NTC), Advanced National Business Certificate (ANBC), and Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC) examinations opened on August 10, providing candidates with a one-month window to enroll.

Candidates for the NBC or NTC will pay a fee of N22,500, while those registering for the ANBC or ANTC will pay N25,500. The December Modular Trades Certificate Examination has a lower fee of N6,000, with a registration deadline of September 30.

Olisah urged candidates to register through NABTEB's authorized channels to avoid errors or complications. He also reminded schools and institutions to comply with registration requirements and warned that no extensions would be granted for the 2026 examination cycle.
