NACC to Honor Bolanle Austen Peters with Excellence Award

The Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce (NACC) is set to confer the Excellence Award on Bolanle Austen Peters, recognizing her visionary leadership and significant contributions to Nigeria's creative industry. The award ceremony will take place during the chamber's international roundtable in April 2026, which will focus on policy and governance reform in Nigeria's immigration and border management sector.

Austen Peters is a renowned Nigerian lawyer, award-winning film and theater producer, and cultural entrepreneur who founded Terra Kulture in 2003, establishing it as Nigeria's premier art and cultural hub. Terra Kulture features a restaurant, art gallery, bookstore, language school, and film production studio, and has hosted over 300 art exhibitions, 200 stage productions, and 100 book readings, providing essential platforms for thousands of creative industry practitioners.

Austen Peters has been recognized as a pioneering woman in Nigerian theater and has been repeatedly named among the most influential women in Africa.
