NAF Launches Community Projects in Yobe for Development

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) inaugurated several community development projects in Yobe, specifically at Sabongari Primary School and other selected communities. The ceremony was attended by Air Marshal Sunday K.

Aneke, represented by Air Vice Marshal A. Idriss, who emphasized the importance of civil-military relations in national security.

The projects included the renovation and furnishing of three blocks at Sabongari Primary School and Government Girls Day Secondary School, which featured classrooms and staff offices. Additionally, four solar-powered boreholes were installed in Majewa, Yindiski Gakoko, Gabar da Kasuwa, and Maina Kaina communities.

Air Vice Marshal Idi Sani, the project executor and an indigene of Yobe, stated that the NAF would continue to support community needs. Alhaji Aji Yarima Bularafa, representing Governor Mai Mala Buni, commended the NAF for its initiative, which aligns with the state government's efforts to improve rural living conditions.
