Bandit Attack at Kaduna Wedding Leaves 13 Dead, 28 Kidnapped

On a Sunday, a deadly bandit attack during a wedding ceremony in Southern Kaduna led to the tragic deaths of at least 13 people and the kidnapping of 28 others. The attack was reported by Mafiana Yakubu, who shared a list of victims on social media.

Among those killed were Douglas John, Ado Yakubu, Maikano Aribi, John Dan Asab, and William Luka Bako, along with several others whose names were also released. The assailants stormed the celebration and opened fire indiscriminately on the guests.

The incident has deepened fears across the community, prompting calls for an immediate and sustained security presence to prevent further attacks.
