NARC Graduates 52 from Human Resource Training Program

The Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) successfully concluded a five-day human resource management training program, graduating 52 participants from various ministries and agencies. The program was designed to build capacity among junior and middle cadre officers in the security sector.

Major General Jame Myam, the retired Executive Director of NARC, and Major General Arnold Okoro, who described the training as a success, emphasized the importance of the program in enhancing participants' knowledge and skills to improve institutional performance. The training, coordinated by Brigadier General Ferdinand Ez (Rtd), covered key areas such as goal setting, recruitment, ethics, workplace culture, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Participants expressed that the program transformed their experiences and improved their understanding of human resource management. Daniciu Kaihnneh Sengbeh noted the value of networking during the training, which is expected to support future collaboration across agencies.
