NAFRC Expands Youth Empowerment Initiatives in Lagos

The Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), led by Air Vice Marshal Nnaemeka Ilo, is expanding its youth empowerment drive by urging the Mushin Local Government Council to encourage youth enrollment in its vocational training programs. During a courtesy visit to Mr. Tunbosun Aruw, the Executive Chairman of Mushin Local Government Area, Air Vice Marshal Ilo expressed appreciation for the cordial relationship between NAFRC and the council.

He assured that NAFRC would continue to support the area in mutual interests and highlighted the center's plans to review and upgrade its curriculum to include modern industrial skills. This initiative aims to promote self-reliance and align with global best practices.

Air Vice Marshal Ilo also expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Minister of Defence, and the Chief of Defence Staff for their ongoing support. Mr. Tunbosun Aruw commended the long-standing partnership and acknowledged NAFRC's contributions to local community development, including medical outreach programs and driver training initiatives.
