Badejo-Okusanya Pledges Fair Leadership for NBA

Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, newly elected president of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), made a commitment to lead with fairness and accountability during her inaugural speech on Sunday. She expressed gratitude to lawyers across Nigeria for their confidence and support, describing her election as a victory for all members of the NBA.

Badejo-Okusanya emphasized the importance of unity within the legal profession and the need for the association to respond inclusively to the needs of legal practitioners. She acknowledged the extensive campaign she conducted across the country, engaging with lawyers in every state and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to understand their expectations and concerns.
