Kunl Olawoyin Appointed NCF Communications Director

The Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF) has appointed Kunl Olawoyin as its new Director of Communications, effective immediately. Olawoyin, who previously served as the Head of the Media and Public Affairs Unit at NCF from 2009 to 2015, will spearhead the organization's communication and advocacy agenda in support of its 2025-2030 strategy.

His role will involve working with various teams to enhance NCF's public voice and influence environmental policy outcomes, particularly in relation to climate change, biodiversity conservation, and pollution. Olawoyin is a seasoned communications advocacy expert with a history of managing strategic campaigns and influencing policy at both national and international levels.

He has experience training journalists and has worked with notable organizations such as Oxfam GB, Oxfam International, and Save the Children International. Dr.

Joseph Onoja, the Director General of NCF, expressed confidence in Olawoyin's ability to meet new challenges, citing his depth of experience in communication advocacy.
