NDA Extends Application Deadline to May 15, 2026

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) announced an extension of the application deadline for its 78th regular course to May 15, 2026. This decision was communicated in an official statement signed by the Academy Registrar on Wednesday.

The initial deadline was set for April 30, 2026. The NDA emphasized that applicants must register through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and select the NDA as their first choice institution.

Candidates seeking admission must also sit for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The NDA noted that the application process is open to both male and female Nigerian candidates who meet the admission requirements.

Prospective candidates are advised to visit the official application portal for requirements and to retrieve their Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for payment of the application fee, which is set at 7,000 Naira. The NDA also mentioned that a compendium of past questions is available at the Academy's registry to assist candidates in their preparation for the screening process.
