NDC Unveils Candidates for 2027 Elections in Ekiti

The Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) has hailed the peaceful conduct of its primaries in Ekiti State, where it unveiled candidates for the 2027 elections. Dr.

Ayodel David Adesua emerged as the House of Representatives candidate for the Ekiti North Federal Constituency. He expressed confidence in the party's ability to secure victories in the upcoming federal and state legislative elections, emphasizing the NDC's commitment to transparency, youth empowerment, and economic development.

The primaries were conducted with extensive consultations among stakeholders, including a meeting led by Deputy National Chairman South, Babatunde Alli, and Pastor Adedayo Ekong, the National Chairman for the South West Zone. The NDC aims to strengthen its unity and democratic processes ahead of the elections, with a focus on quality representation for the people of Ekiti State.

Other candidates unveiled include Olu Alufa for Ekiti Central and Babafemi Adegbit for Ekiti Central II, among others.
