NDE Opens RHEI Phase 3 Registration in Yobe State

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) launched the registration portal for the third phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI 3) on July 23, 2026. Hajiya Binta Aliyu, the Yobe state coordinator, announced that the program aims to train 26,961 unemployed Nigerians.

The initiative is part of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, focusing on job creation, human capital development, and poverty alleviation. Beneficiaries will be selected from each council ward across the 17 local government areas of Yobe state.

Notably, individuals who participated in the first and second phases are ineligible for this phase. The program will offer training in various fields, including agriculture, entrepreneurship, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), technical and vocational skills, and special public works.

Eligibility is extended to women and youths aged 18 to 35 who are unskilled or unemployed, as well as people with disabilities. Applications can be submitted via www.nderegistrationportal.ng, with inquiries directed to the NDE office at the Federal Secretariat in Damaturu.
