NDE Opens RHEI Phase 3 Registration in Yobe State

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) launched the registration portal for the third phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI 3) on July 23, 2026. Hajiya Binta Aliyu, the Yobe state coordinator, announced that the program aims to train 26,961 unemployed Nigerians.
