NDE Opens Registration for RHEI 3 in Enugu State

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has launched the registration portal for the Third Phase of the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI 3) in Enugu, as announced by the Enugu state coordinator, Oluka Godwin Odoh, through the NDE Enugu Information Officer, Ugwuoke Ikechukwu. This initiative aims to train 26,961 unemployed Nigerians, specifically targeting youths in Enugu state.
Those who participated in the First and Second Phases are ineligible for this phase. The program aligns with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, focusing on job creation, human capital development, and poverty alleviation.
Eligible participants include women and youths aged 18 to 45 who are unskilled or unemployed, as well as individuals with disabilities within the same age range. Applications can be submitted via the Directorate’s Portal, and the registration period is set from July 23 to July 29, 2026, with a nationwide flag-off on August 4, 2026.
Training will commence immediately after the selection process.
