New Federal University in Okeho Prioritizes Innovation and Practical Training

The newly established Federal University of Agriculture and Technology in Okeho is set to admit its first cohort of 30 undergraduate students in the 2025-2026 academic session. The university, led by Professor Olaniyi Jacob Babayemi, aims to prioritize innovation, practical training, and producing graduates capable of contributing meaningfully to national development.

The institution will offer 30 accredited undergraduate programs across six colleges, focusing on academic excellence, research advancement, technology innovation, and developing highly skilled manpower in agriculture, engineering, environmental science, and related fields.
