Solomon Uloko Named Captain of Sporting Lagos FC

Solomon Uloko has been appointed as the new captain of Sporting Lagos, taking over from Abdulraheem Suleman, who recently secured a move to the Latvian side FK Metta earlier this month. Uloko joined Sporting Lagos in 2024 and is expected to play a crucial role in leading the team as they aim for promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

Currently, Sporting Lagos occupies the second position in the Nigeria National League with 27 points. The team is preparing to face First Bank FC in their next match scheduled for the weekend.
