PRP Aspirant Urges Unity to Prevent Political Violence

Kingsley, a presidential aspirant from the People's Redemption Party (PRP), made a statement in Abuja urging that no Nigerian blood should be shed due to political conflicts. He highlighted the current challenges facing the nation, including economic hardship, inflation, unemployment, insecurity, and communal conflicts.

As the 2027 general elections approach, he noted the increasingly charged political atmosphere and the importance of maintaining national unity. Kingsley called on all Nigerians, regardless of political affiliation, tribe, or religion, to unite in prayer for peace and stability.

He appealed to religious leaders and community heads to encourage their followers to pray for the nation and to conduct themselves respectfully during the electoral process. He emphasized that the upcoming elections should not lead to violence or hatred, and he called upon political leaders to prioritize the nation's unity over personal ambitions.
