North West Governors Reject Negotiation with Bandits

Governor Aliyu of Sokoto State declared that the North West governors will not engage in negotiations with bandits. Speaking during the inauguration of a new road project in Katsina State, he stated that no offers will be accepted unless there is an unconditional surrender from the criminals.

Aliyu assured residents that the state government is committed to collaborating closely with security agencies to eradicate banditry. He urged communities to report any suspicious movements and to remain vigilant in monitoring the activities of individuals in their areas.

The governor called for public support in these efforts and praised the Katsina State community for its role in improving security through local initiatives.
