NSC Inaugurates New Boards for Nigeria Para Sports Federations

The National Sports Commission (NSC) successfully inaugurated the boards of various Nigeria Para Sports Federations, aligning them with the commission's renewed agenda to enhance the country's sports economy. The elections produced new leaders across several federations: Opukiri Micheal Jone was elected president of the Amputee Football Federation, with Joshua Dauda Bungon as vice president.

Etti Rafiu Olawal became president of the Para Athletics Federation, while Moahm Musa Nafiu was elected vice president. Kingslei Jame Awodi emerged as president of the Para Powerlifting Federation, and Chief Akutekw Patrick Mon was elected vice president.

Alhaji Kaka Mallam became president of the Nigeria Para Soccer Federation, with Sherifat Bola Araoy as vice president. Adeyemi Adeshina Adeola was elected president of the Para Swimming Federation, and Dr.

Ahm Alao became vice president. Muham Abbah Isa was elected president of the Para Volleyball Federation, with Hon.

Jim Okolo as vice president. Mallam Shehu Dikko, chairman of the NSC, emphasized the importance of these federations in Nigeria's sports development and congratulated the newly elected leaders.
