NYSC Advocates for Error-Free Mobilisation Process

At the 2026 NYSC Batch ‘C’ Pre-Mobilisation Workshop held in Abuja, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), reaffirmed the organization's commitment to an error-free and credible mobilisation process for eligible Nigerian graduates. He highlighted the need for technology to enhance transparency and efficiency, ensuring a seamless mobilisation experience.

General Nafiu addressed the high expectations for efficient public service delivery and stressed the importance of stakeholders adhering to approved procedures and being accountable for their actions. He pointed out that inaccuracies, unauthorized data alterations, and delays could undermine the credibility of the mobilisation process.

The workshop's theme, “Strengthening Institutional Accountability, Data Integrity and Digital Innovation for Seamless NYSC Mobilisation,” reflects the strategic priorities for stakeholders. General Nafiu urged stakeholders to improve their digital competence and cybersecurity awareness, emphasizing that data integrity is crucial for the credibility of the mobilisation process.
