NYSC Announces Verification Dates for Foreign Graduates

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) announced the dates for the physical verification of credentials and travel documents for foreign-trained Nigerian graduates participating in the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream I service year. The verification will take place from Tuesday, September 8, to Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Prospective corps members must report to the specified venues indicated on their verification slips to maintain order and prevent overcrowding. The nine verification centers are located in Enugu, Bauchi, the Federal Capital Territory, Kano, Lagos, Osun, Rivers, Sokoto, and Adamawa.

Graduates are required to present all original credentials and travel documents uploaded during online registration, including medical licenses and registration certificates for medical graduates. Additionally, they must submit original copies of Evaluation Letters from the Federal Ministry of Education at the NYSC Headquarters in Abuja.

Only those who complete the verification process will be eligible for deployment, exemption, or exclusion from national service.
