Obidient Movement Accuses EFCC of Intimidation Tactics

The Obidient Movement has accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of witch-hunting its members. Activist Peter Mama Pee stated that the EFCC's actions are attempts to intimidate supporters of Peter Obi, the movement's principal.

He reaffirmed the movement's total support for Obi, criticizing the EFCC for its alleged politically motivated actions. Mama Pee called for investigations into several politicians, including former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and former Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

He emphasized that the movement would not passively observe the EFCC's actions, which he described as a political hatchet job. Mama Pee also advised the commission to cease its alleged intimidation tactics, warning that it is a futile effort to silence the movement.
