Carney Chukwuemeka, a former Chelsea midfielder, has officially switched his international allegiance to Austria, as confirmed by FIFA. Born in Vienna to Nigerian parents and raised in England, the 22-year-old previously represented England at youth levels, including U-17 and U-20.
