Olubadan Calls for Peace Amid Ojoo Violent Clash

Oba Rashidi Ladoja, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, has urged all parties involved in the recent violent clash in Ojoo to give peace a chance. In a statement delivered through his media aide, Chief Adeola Oloko, he called for immediate cessation of hostilities and emphasized the importance of peace among the various groups involved in the conflict.

Oba Ladoja highlighted that despite the ongoing crisis, the people of Ibadan should view each other as brothers and sisters, stressing the paramount concern of peaceful coexistence among the diverse ethnic groups in the area. He acknowledged the possibility of minor disagreements but urged all parties to tread cautiously in light of the current security situation in Nigeria.

The Olubadan reminded the people of Ibadan that they share a common home, regardless of religious or ethnic ideologies.
