Prof. Tunji Olaopa Urges State Civil Service Commissions to Embrace Shared Learning for Deeper Reforms

Speaking at the 44th National Council of Civil Service Commissions in Abia State, Olaopa praised the state's governance and public service reforms, particularly under Governor Alex Otti. He highlighted the importance of benchmarking and sharing innovative practices among states to drive national strategic plans for civil service reform.
