Prof. Tunji Olaopa Urges State Civil Service Commissions to Embrace Shared Learning for Reforms

Prof. Tunji Olaopa, Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission, called on state civil service commissions to adopt shared learning to enhance reforms at the 44th Nation Council of Civil Service Commissions gala night in Abia State.

He praised Abia State's innovative practices and Governor Alex Otti's governance performance. Olaopa highlighted the importance of benchmarking and sharing best practices among states to drive national civil service reform.

Abia State was commended as the first pilot state to implement the Federal Civil Service Commission's strategic plan.
