Osa-Ogbegie Praises Tenebe for Edo APC Youth Reforms

Daniel Osa-Ogbegie, a legal practitioner and public intellectual, defended Jarrett Tenebe's leadership within the Edo State chapter of the APC, stating that Tenebe deserves commendation rather than criticism for his efforts to reform the party. Osa-Ogbegie highlighted the necessity of dismantling the old political order to empower younger leaders, noting that the current APC leadership has shown courage in creating opportunities for a new generation of political actors.

He pointed out the emergence of several youth in political roles within the party, including Sylvest Aigboboh as deputy state chairman and others like Austin Imafidon and Uhunmwod Sunni Ekpeson. Osa-Ogbegie praised Governor Mondai Okpebholo for recognizing the need for fresh ideas and stronger engagement with the youth, which is essential for the evolution of governance in Edo State.

He emphasized that the transition process within the APC is crucial for accommodating younger generations while ensuring that older generations are not sidelined.
