Oyebamiji Promises Transformation for Osun State Election

Bola Oyebamiji is running for the governorship of Osun State in the upcoming election on August 15, 2026. He claims that Osun has been shortchanged for four years and believes he possesses the necessary skills to transform the state's fortunes.

Oyebamiji highlights his extensive experience, having served as Commissioner for Finance under former Governors Rauf Aregbesola and Adegboyega Oyetola, and as Managing Director of OSICOL, now known as Omoluabi Holdings Limited. He asserts that the last allocation received by the APC administration from the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) was approximately ₦2.6 billion, while the current average monthly allocation is about ₦16 billion, which he argues has not translated into tangible benefits for the citizens.

Oyebamiji seeks public support to address the alleged mismanagement of state resources and to bring about a swift transformation in Osun State.
