APC's Tolu Bankole Urges Unity Ahead of Osun Election

Tolu Bankole, a member of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the party's National Leader for Persons with Disabilities, called on APC members and supporters in Osun State to ensure the victory of the party’s governorship candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, ahead of the election scheduled for Saturday. In a statement issued in Abuja on Thursday, Bankole emphasized the importance of unity and commitment among party members, warning against violence and division.

He described Oyebamiji, known as AMBO, as the party’s “clear choice.” Bankole stated that the APC national leadership is fully committed to Oyebamiji’s candidacy and urged members to protect their votes and collaborate with security agencies for a credible electoral process. Security preparations have intensified in Osun State, with personnel from various agencies deployed to ensure a peaceful election.

Bankole's appeal comes as the election approaches, highlighting the need for total mobilization and unity within the party.
