Atiku Rallies Support for ADC's Najeem Salaam in Osun

On Monday, Abubakar Atiku, the former Vice President of Nigeria, campaigned for Najeem Salaam, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate in the upcoming Osun State governorship election. Speaking at the grand finale of the ADC's campaign in Osogbo, Atiku praised the party, stating it comprises the "best of Nigerians." He appealed to the electorate to support Salaam, recalling their previous voting support in past elections.

Atiku emphasized the differences between ADC and other political parties, urging voters not to regret their choice. ADC National Chairman David Mark celebrated the campaign as a precursor to victory and encouraged ADC members to protect their votes during the election.

Salaam outlined his plans to stabilize electricity and provide free education from primary to secondary school if elected. He assured voters that electoral malfeasance would not be tolerated, referencing past electoral issues in Ekiti State.
