ADC Candidate Najeem Salaam Raises Alarm Over Election Issues

Najeem Salaam, the governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Osun State, reported issues regarding the non-recognition of his party agents in multiple areas during the election held on Saturday. He arrived at his polling unit to vote at 10:39 a.m. and stated that he received reports indicating that ADC agents were not acknowledged in ten local government areas, despite the party having submitted their names prior to the election.

Salaam reported this situation to the relevant authorities, who are currently investigating the matter. He firmly denied any allegations of vote buying, asserting that the ADC focuses on engaging with voters about their programs and allowing them to make free choices.

Salaam expressed confidence in his potential victory, attributing this optimism to his faith in God and the support from voters.
