Najeem Salaam Outlines Plans for Osun Governorship

Salaam, a former Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, plans to attract investors and increase the state's internally generated revenue to address critical sectors like electricity and agriculture. He asserted that Osun has the potential to generate sufficient revenue for agricultural investment without relying on federal funds.

Salaam also clarified his political independence from former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola, stating that he is not merely Aregbesola’s representative and has his own agenda for the state.
