Otti Unveils Stadium City Plan with Chukwueze in Abia

Abia State Governor Alex Otti hosted Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze in Umuahia, where he announced plans to commence construction of a proposed stadium city by the end of the year. Chukwueze, who visited alongside a friend, expressed gratitude for Otti's support during his recent bereavement.

Governor Otti stated that the land for the project has already been acquired and is currently at the feasibility stage. He emphasized that the project will not only involve building a stadium but also a sports village with hotels and other facilities to attract development.

Otti assured that local people would be prioritized for investment opportunities. Chukwueze praised Otti's developmental strides, particularly in road infrastructure, and described the proposed stadium city project as a significant investment for the future of sports development in Abia.

He pledged to support sports development in his community and highlighted his commitment to giving back to the youth.
