Oyo APC Aspirants Back Tinubu's Re-Election Bid

On Monday, Oyo State aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who participated in the recent House of Assembly primary election pledged their support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu. This commitment was articulated in a communiqué by Aare Bisoye Fagade, co-chairman of the APC Reconciliation Committee, during a stakeholders’ meeting held at the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan.

The aspirants also expressed their intention to support APC candidates for the Senate, House of Representatives, and the Oyo State House of Assembly in the upcoming 2027 elections. Aare Fagade reported that the committee made significant progress in addressing grievances from the primary election, highlighting the maturity and sportsmanship displayed by the majority of aspirants.

He noted their readiness to collaborate with each other and the party leadership to secure electoral success for the APC in Oyo State in the 2027 general elections.
