Saraki Mourns Major General Rabe Abubakar's Death

Former Senate President Bukola Saraki expressed deep sorrow over the death of retired Major General Rabe Abubakar, who was reportedly abducted alongside his wife, Amina Abubakar, while traveling in Katsina State. In a statement on Sunday, Saraki described the incident as a "painful loss" and extended his condolences to the family of the deceased.

He emphasized the need for security agencies to intensify their efforts to secure the release of Amina Abubakar, who remains in captivity. Saraki conveyed his thoughts and prayers for her safe return and urged the Nigerian Armed Forces and security agencies to do everything within their power to ensure her safety.

He also sent condolences to the people of Katsina State and the family of Rabe Abubakar, praying for forgiveness and comfort for the bereaved family.
