Panic in Oshodi as Train Collides with Bus Due to Reckless Driving

A train collided with a commercial bus in Oshodi, Lagos, on December 22, 2025, after the bus driver allegedly drove recklessly near a rail crossing. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) swiftly responded to the incident, confirming no injuries or deaths.

The bus, a Toyota Hiace with registration number AGL 671 XR, was struck on the rail track near Arena Shop Complex. Emergency officials described the vehicle as badly affected, emphasizing the need for safety measures to prevent further incidents.
