Paystack Launches Redesigned Dashboard with AI Features

Paystack has introduced a newly rebuilt dashboard, its first major redesign in a decade, aimed at enhancing user interaction in the AI era. The new dashboard features an AI-native command center that enables businesses to ask questions in plain language and receive answers based on their own Paystack data.

This launch signifies a major evolution in how businesses interact with Paystack, which has been a core tool for monitoring transactions, managing settlements, and reviewing disputes for nearly ten years. Senior Product Designer at Paystack, Dara Assim, noted that businesses no longer want to navigate through multiple pages; instead, they prefer direct answers to their queries.

The redesign aims to transform the dashboard from a static reporting tool into an intelligent command center, helping merchants understand their operations better and make faster, more informed decisions.
