PDP Calls for Reflection on Prophet Muhammad's Teachings

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) issued a statement on Tuesday, signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Jungudo Haruna Mohammed, urging the Muslim ummah to reflect on the life, teachings, and exemplary character of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) during the Maulud Nabiy celebration. The PDP emphasized the significance of this occasion, encouraging faithfuls to promote unity, tolerance, mutual respect, and peaceful co-existence.

The party called on Nigerians to pray for peace and stability in the country and for divine guidance for leaders at all levels. The statement expressed hopes that Almighty Allah would accept prayers, strengthen faith, and bless Nigeria, aiming for a nation where justice, equity, and good governance prevail.
