PenOp Hosts Virtual Session on Liver Damage Prevention & Management

PenOp, the Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria, organized a virtual session on liver damage prevention and management. The session featured Adaobi Okoye, Head of Human Resources at PenOp, and Akinkumi Ilori, a seasoned medical doctor and public health expert.

With 300 participants from various pension operators, the session focused on the critical functions of the liver, major causes of liver damage, and preventive strategies. Ilori emphasized the global prevalence of liver diseases and the importance of early intervention.

The event aimed to raise awareness and provide practical knowledge for reducing lifestyle risks associated with liver damage.
