Police Arrest Fake Pastor and Accomplice in Baby Abduction

The Niger State Police Command announced the arrest of Chidi Johnson, also known as Yaron Pastor, aged 24, and Zainab Ibrahim, aged 22, in connection with the abduction of a four-week-old baby. During the investigation, Johnson confessed that he had lured the nursing mother under the pretext of providing food items from a benefactor.
He met the victim at an incomplete building where he offered snacks and soft drinks to gain her confidence. Subsequently, he fled with the baby through the rear exit of the building on a motorcycle.
Ibrahim was also arrested, and the baby was rescued and reunited with its mother. The suspects are currently in custody and will face prosecution.
