Police Investigate Harassment Claims After Delta Man's Death

The Nigeria Police Force has commenced an investigation into allegations of police harassment following a tragic incident in Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State, where a young man reportedly fell into a well. According to reports shared on the civic platform "Let’s Fix Nigeria," residents expressed ongoing concerns about persistent police harassment in the area.

The incident occurred when security officers allegedly chased the young man, leading to his fall behind a location known as Mega Chiz. While details surrounding the incident remain sketchy, it has been reported that the young man lost his life during the incident, although the circumstances of his death have not been independently verified.
