Adeleke and Oyebamiji Advocate for Peace in Osun

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke commended Bola Oyebamiji, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for his call for peace after the recent elections. Oyebamiji urged his supporters to maintain peace and respect the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) regarding the election results, while also indicating his party's intention to review the outcome.

Governor Adeleke described Oyebamiji's peace advocacy as a positive development following a tumultuous election period marked by fear and violence. He assured that his supporters would not engage in violence against APC members and expressed a desire for collaboration with Oyebamiji, Gboyega Oyetola, and other opposition leaders to enhance governance in Osun State.

Adeleke emphasized that the elections are over and that all parties should focus on delivering democratic dividends to the people of Osun.
