Pro-Tinubu Group Demands NBA Apology Over Enugu Conference Incident

A pro-Tinubu group, Renewed Hope Global, has demanded an apology from the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) following an incident at the association's recent annual general conference in Enugu. The group criticized the NBA President, Afam Josiah Osigwe, for allowing what they termed as shameful behavior involving a journalist, Seun Okinbaloye, who allegedly disrespected the platform.

The group emphasized the need for corrective action to prevent the NBA from being dragged into partisan theatrics, which could damage its credibility. They called for a public apology, a review of conference protocols, and disciplinary measures to uphold the association's reputation.

The group highlighted the importance of maintaining the NBA's professional standards and independence.
