BAT Ideological Group Launches Handbook for Tinubu's Legacy

The BAT Ideological Group, under the leadership of Muhammad Usman, officially launched its handbook on September 18, 2025, receiving significant global media coverage. This handbook aims to provide a structured intellectual foundation for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration and to preserve his governance philosophy.

The group plans to unveil its own handbook by March 2026, showcasing 301 achievements of the administration, coinciding with Tinubu's historic state visit to the United Kingdom. The initiative is seen as an attempt to capture intellectual momentum and establish a blueprint for political reform in Nigeria.

However, the political landscape is noted to be cluttered with groups that lack genuine passion and intellectual depth. The BAT Ideological Group has entered strategic partnerships with institutions like LASUSTECH and UNILAG to establish centers for political policy accountability and leadership training, aiming to create a sustainable structure that goes beyond mere mobilization.
