PSIN and NDPHC Partner for Workforce Transformation

The Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) has taken significant steps to strengthen Nigeria's institutional capacity through a strategic alliance with the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC). Barrister Imeh Okon, the Chief Executive Officer of PSIN, engaged with NDPHC management to discuss unlocking synergies and building workforce capacity.

The collaboration aims to assess and modernize training systems tailored to the evolving needs of the power sector. Barrister Okon emphasized that PSIN's role extends beyond traditional training, positioning the institute as a driver of excellence in public service performance.

She highlighted PSIN's proven track record in developing credible governance systems and achieving a zero-petition rate benchmark. The partnership will focus on result-driven initiatives, including entrepreneurship training and preparing public servants for retirement, fostering self-reliance and economic resilience.

Engr. Jennif Adighij, the Managing Director of NDPHC, welcomed the initiative and identified key areas for collaboration, particularly in developing computer-based testing infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.
