Python Golf Club to Host Nigeria's International Pairs Finals

Python Golf Club, Port Harcourt, has been officially announced as the host venue for the Nigerian National Finals of the International Pairs Golf Championship, scheduled from July 31 to August 2. This prestigious tournament will feature amateur golfers from across Nigeria competing for a chance to represent the country at the global finals in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, from October 5 to 9, 2026.

The event is organized by Falcon Golf Development Company (FGDC), which holds the official franchise for the championship in Nigeria. FGDC's Chief Executive Officer, Remi Olukoya, assured participants of a world-class golfing experience, stating that all necessary arrangements are in place for a successful tournament.

The company is collaborating with several corporate sponsors, including Singleton by Diageo, CyberspacePay, and Pepsi, among others, to enhance the event's quality. The International Pairs, founded in England in 1998, is recognized as the world's largest amateur pairs golf tournament, allowing club golfers to compete at a high level while representing their nation.
