Quilox Nightlife Institute Starts Accreditation Process

The Quilox Nightlife Institute (QNI) has commenced its formal accreditation process, aiming to become the first nightlife brand in Nigeria to receive official certification in hospitality and entertainment management. This initiative, confirmed this week, is part of a broader strategy to professionalize Nigeria's nightlife economy.

QNI offers structured training in various areas, including event curation, VIP hospitality, crowd management, and compliance. The Chief Operating Officer of Quilox, Olushola Farinloy, noted that the accreditation process involves engagement with relevant Nigerian regulatory bodies overseeing private vocational training institutes.

While no specific accrediting body has been named at this stage, the submission of formal documents is underway. The institute's leadership emphasizes the need for formal training in Nigeria's hospitality and event industry, which has historically lacked structured professional pathways.

The accreditation is expected to improve service standards and client experiences across the sector, providing a competitive advantage for QNI in its expansion plans, including events in Dubai, Accra, and London.
