Rite Foods Awards N35 Million to Top Nigerian Undergraduates

Rite Foods awarded N35 million to seven Nigerian undergraduates who excelled academically in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). The awards were presented at a maiden national award ceremony, where Seleem Adegunwa, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rite Foods, emphasized the importance of education as a driver of national development.

He stated that no nation can rise above the quality of its human capital and highlighted the company's commitment to supporting education as part of its corporate citizenship philosophy. Dr.

Tunji Alausa, representing the Minister of Education, and Dr. Ismaila Adiatu presented the awards, reaffirming the federal government's commitment to building an educational system that rewards merit.

The beneficiaries included students from various universities, such as the Federal University of Technology Minna and the University of Maiduguri, with awards of N5 million each for their outstanding UTME scores.
